Everyone deserves to host one meaningful gathering. Free includes the essentials. Event Pass supports one special gathering. Kapwa+ is for people who gather often.
Yes. Event Pass is a one-time $15 purchase attached to one gathering. It unlocks everything for that event. If you host multiple gatherings per year, Kapwa+ at $18/month is the better value.
A Photo Kapture is an approved photo in your gathering. On Free, the gallery holds up to 75. Above that, uploads are queued — guests see "your photo was received!" and the host sees a prompt to upgrade. Event Pass and Kapwa+ have no photo limit, only Memory Space.
Memory Space is the storage allocated to your gathering. Event Pass includes 2 GB per gathering. When Memory Space is full, uploads pause. You can add more space anytime without changing your plan.
Past memories are yours to keep. Cancellation does not revoke access to past gatherings or photos. Your history stays intact.
Albums stay active as long as there is ongoing activity. If a gathering goes quiet for an extended period it will eventually be archived — photos are not immediately deleted. Archived albums may be recoverable, so reach out if you need to get back into one.
Never. Guests join via QR code or link — no account, no app required. Registration is optional and only unlocks cross-gathering features.
An Event Manager helps organize and run your gathering. You control their permissions — photos, RSVPs, invitations, and more. Free includes 1, Event Pass includes 2, and Kapwa+ includes up to 5.
